From two years and beyond - Team Trinics at 2

Updated: Jul 8, 2019

We are now 82 strong!

Two years ago, Team Trinics founder Ricky Halasan assembled a team of forty- all from different backgrounds. The goal then was very simple- have a support team that pushes each other to be their best no matter who and what they are.

And in a span of months, the Team saw itself grow in number adding veterans, newbies, and enthusiasts in triathlon and duathlon. In a sport that that often requires funds on top of time and dedication, the Team was also blessed enough to gain the support and backing of various reputable brands and individuals all contributing to make multisport accessible to those who have the passion and work hard for it.

Meet our official muse, Nica!
Our favorite discipline. :)

Last June 15, 2019, the Team gathered at Bulacan to celebrate it’s second founding anniversary. From a group of forty, the Team now stands at eighty-two strong- all composed of diverse individuals from different areas such as Bulacan, Marikina, BGC, Pangasinan, Quezon, and Pampanga to name some. Unlike the usual assemblies composed of team building events, the Team decided to spend the time to catch up with one another, eat, drink, and have fun.

A big thanks to Oakley. Unison Bikes, and New Balance for the prizes

Of course, no gathering will be complete without raffle draws courtesy of our sponsors New Balance, Oakley, and Unison Bikes to name a few. It was also the perfect opportunity for Mr. Ricky Halasan to talk to the team, look back, and share his vision for the future for the Team.

Also present was Mr. JB Serrano of Vitargo Philippines. The Team was fortunate enough to have the man himself as resource speaker on the benefits of Vitargo and its proper use. He also kindly donated a 2 liter bucket for raffle and interacted with the members on proper fueling for optimal race-day performance. Expect the team to be Vitargo powered in races to come!
